Senior Clerk Of Works Job in Manchester

Senior Clerk Of Works job available, working for multi-disciplinary consultancy, that provide services across residential and regeneration/mixed use sectors. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in cladding, fire safety, and remediation projects. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing a team. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £50,000 + Car Allowance.

Our client provide modern services, in the residential and regeneration sectors for local authority and residential clients. They are now looking for a Senior Clerk of Works to join and take the reins, from Spring 2024, on new projects in Manchester.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceeding expectations by sticking to reporting guidelines that align with the specific scope of services that are on offer
  • Reporting these specific instances directly to the Project Directors
  • Maintaining a thorough diary of work progress, identifying potential delays, below standard workmanship, and environmental conditions
  • Offering, when necessary, practical, and expert advice to the Project Manager which include valuable insights
  • Act in a professional manner at all times, adhering by company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with cladding, fire safety, and remediation projects
  • MICWCI/ICWCI/LICWCI is preferred
  • Specialist NHBC Level 3 or 4 is an advantage
  • Full UK Driving License.
