A skilled and experienced Site Manager specialising in fire door installations is sought after for a dynamic role in the heart of Birmingham and its surrounding areas.
What the Site Manager Role Entails:
- Overseeing sites where fire door installers are fitting fire doors
- Managing the team and ensuring efficient project completion
- Handling contracts and ensuring compliance
- Informing and obtaining sign-offs from clients
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks for the team
Requirements for the Site Manager Role:
- Proven experience in managing sites with a focus on fire door installations
- Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Site management qualifications are advantageous
- Valid driver's license required as you will need to travel around the midlands area
