International Sales Consultant

£40K Basic / £75K-£80K OTE

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a FTSE 100 developer who are on the hunt for an International Sales Consultant, working to drive sales across the Middle Eastern, African and Indian market from the UK, working closely with the international business development managers within the MENA team.

Duties

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our partners and brokers in the region ensuring they have all collateral and information they need on our developments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying new leads and facilitating viewings and virtual viewings across 8 live Capital developments
  • Assisting brokers with their appointments with potential buyers in the office
  • Assist with marketing and organising company UK and overseas events for the MENA team and agents
  • Sourcing new opportunities, identify and establish new business partnerships



Requirements

  • A clear understanding of real estate or luxury markets
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer facing sales role, property background required
  • Experience of similar residential schemes is preferred
  • IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel
  • Comfortable with conducting and creating overseas updates and briefings and being in front of the camera where necessary
  • Arabic speaking isn't a dealbreaker but strongly recommended
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Passionate about real estate, highly-motivated and adaptable
  • Strong work ethics and a great team player
  • Willing to work on weekends for supporting exhibitions.



Hours: 9:30 - 18:00 Mon-Fri / Some weekends required for events, viewings etc.
