Town Planner Job in Sevenoaks, Kent
Town Planner job available with a multi-award-winning SME Housebuilder in Sevenoaks, Kent. As the successful Senior Town Planner, you'll be working closely with the land and planning team. Offering a Competitive Salary.
This property developer covers Kent and the southeast, specialising in High quality bespoke residential developments, with this continued success they are growing and looking to bring on a Senior Planner to join the land and planning team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Give advice on planning matters
- Assess the land development against the company criteria
- Attend internal and external meetings throughout the planning process
- Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
- Work closely with the land and planning teams
- Support Planning Team.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Chartered RTPI Membership or 3+ years' experience as a Planner
- Relevant planning degree
- Previous experience with large development schemes
- Experience taking the lead on projects
- Experience with heritage sites would be advantageous.
