Position Overview:

As QA/QC Manager to oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes for a Data Center project in London. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures in line with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure that all project activities adhere to established quality control plans.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QA/QC activities.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key quality metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on QA/QC procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the project.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding QA/QC matters.
  • Collaborate with project management to address client concerns and expectations related to quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a QA/QC managerial role, preferably within the construction industry critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are highly desirable.
