Lettings Negotiator job, working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have admin and deal progression experience. For this role they are looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 with an option of a Car Package.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. They are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Gerrards Cross.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Attend viewings with applicants
  • Oversee telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords
  • Sell all and represent the company services strongly and to generate new and ongoing business
  • Develop and maintain relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future business
  • Dealing with tenancy progressions
  • Offer a first-class level of customer services and abide by company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Admin experience
  • Experience with deal progressions
  • 1+ year in a Lettings Negotiation role
  • Full UK Driving License.
