Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, award winning, independent multi-branch estate agency in South West London looking for a sales negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales targets
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties across whole patch
- Paperwork in relation to new tenancies
- Prospecting for potential clients
- Developing and building relationships with clients
- Maintaining contact with potential instructions
- Contacting applicants with an interest in sales
- Negotiating offers
- Overseeing the progression of offer to move in
- Control of window displays and office displays
- Answering office phones and dealing with Sales enquiries
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Salary Budgets: £17,000 Basic £50,000 OTE, Company Car or Car Allowance
Required working hours: 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Thurs 8.30am-6pm Friday 8.30am-4pm(1pm) Saturday (every other Saturday)
