Are you an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge in the vibrant field of fit-out and refurbishment? Due to growth our client is opening a new office in Nottinghamshire and require a quantity surveyor to service a series of new contracts won in the East Midlands.

Position: Lead Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £55,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

About Us: Our client is a leading fit-out and refurbishment company experiencing significant growth. With an average project value ranging from £250,000 to £2.5 million, we are at the forefront of transforming spaces. Due to our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dedicated team. You will not be managing other staff but rather be the lead quantity surveyor on exciting and bespoke contract opportunities.

Job Highlights:

  • Project Diversity: Engage in a variety of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee an average of 7 subcontractors per project, already sourced for your convenience.
  • Contract Types: Primarily Design & Build (D&B), with potential exposure to NEC contracts.

  • Autonomy: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will not be responsible for managing other staff, focusing on your expertise.

  • Engage in risk management and provide insightful financial advice to project stakeholders.
