Salary: £42,668.80 per annum, inc benefits
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrician to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.
Responsibilities:
- Working in accordance with company policies and procedures relating to the delivery of building and building services maintenance works, ensuring they are in line with legal requirements and good practice.
- Using a PDA device to recieve work orders and appointment times to attend
- Delivering a high quality maintenance, planned and capital works and quality assurance service to Company buildings and other client's properties in accordance with Company plans and legislation.
- Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis
- Fault finding and accurately diagnosing the repairs required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in domestic repair, installation, and maintenance and testing.
