Junior Tenancy Manager - Sloane Square - £22,000 to £24,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a young and vibrant lettings multi-branch agency based in the heart of Chelsea on Sloane Square are looking to hire a Junior Tenancy Manager for their team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle tenancies on a Prime Central London Portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career within the property industry. Previous property administration experience would be advantagous.

Key Duties:

  • Handle Tenancy Progression from point of offer to move in for portfolio of non manager properties
  • Arrange and book pre and end of tenancy works
  • Ensure Gas Saftey certificates and EPC's are in place
  • Checking deal files are accurate and correctly uploaded
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork is sent to the tenant and landlord
  • Responding to any general tenancy issues
  • Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management teams

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Administration experience in the property industry would be ideal
  • Previous experience within a customer service-based role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent attentention to detail
  • Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
  • Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 Dependant on Experience
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, one in every five Saturdays on call for out of hours emergencies (Saturdays not required to be in office). On Friday they have a short team meeting and drinks at 5:45pm/6pm.
