This incredible firm is seeking an experienced Construction Programme Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on a vast range of projects within the bluelight, council, healthcare, justice, or education. The right candidate should have extensive post-qualification experience and have delivered a variety of programmes of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor programme profitability and lead commercial relationships with clients.
- Conduct candidate interviews in support of team expansion
- Overall P&L responsibility for programmes
- Develop client relationships to drive repeat business, new projects, and referrals.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing scope changes with client.
- Provide QA audit reviews for team deliverables across all projects as required.
- Contribute to bid submissions and collate fee proposals for agreement with SBU.
- Introduce McBains SBU Directors to existing personal contacts.
- Develop existing client relationships & additional opportunities through delivery of high-quality projects.
- Responsible for the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
- Producing project execution plans
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Managing assurance and Estate Strategies
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
- Responsible for managing Project Managers and Construction Managers
- Attending and chairing meetings
- Stakeholder management Skills & Requirements Possess a strong track record of delivering fast-paced office fit-outs in live environments Be conversant in PNEC and JCT terminology and various forms of contract.
