This incredible firm is seeking an experienced Construction Programme Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on a vast range of projects within the bluelight, council, healthcare, justice, or education. The right candidate should have extensive post-qualification experience and have delivered a variety of programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor programme profitability and lead commercial relationships with clients.
  • Conduct candidate interviews in support of team expansion
  • Overall P&L responsibility for programmes
  • Develop client relationships to drive repeat business, new projects, and referrals.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing scope changes with client.
  • Provide QA audit reviews for team deliverables across all projects as required.
  • Contribute to bid submissions and collate fee proposals for agreement with SBU.
  • Introduce McBains SBU Directors to existing personal contacts.
  • Develop existing client relationships & additional opportunities through delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Responsible for the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Producing project execution plans
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Managing assurance and Estate Strategies
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
  • Responsible for managing Project Managers and Construction Managers
  • Attending and chairing meetings
  • Stakeholder management Skills & Requirements Possess a strong track record of delivering fast-paced office fit-outs in live environments Be conversant in PNEC and JCT terminology and various forms of contract.
