JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Rochdale for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis but could lead to permanent position.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm / 11am - 7pm - alternate weeks
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Maintenance duties on site
?Key holder - opening and locking building
?Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
?Must have an enhanced DBS
?Maintenance experience
