General Operatives happy to assist with demolition work required for a long term construction project in Leatherhead.
Job Type: Temp
Start date: ASAP/22nd Jan
Expected Duration: Up to 1 year
Pay Rate: £13ph + holiday pay (PAYE) / £16.50ph (PAYE Umbrella)
Location: Leatherhead
Hours of work: 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (42.5/week)
Applicants must have the following:
- General Labourer CSCS card minimum
- Experience working on a construction site in a Labourer capacity or otherwise.
- Willingness to be involved with demolition phase.
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Experience using Kangos for breaking out concrete
Role information:
- Initially using a kango for breaking out concrete during the demolition phase.
- General Labouring, lift and shift, disposing of waste, and unloading deliveries.
- Some use of power tools as directed by Site Manager/Foreman
