Dutton Recruitment are seeking a Principal Officer, for a temp-to-perm position based in Sutton-In-Ashfield.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-looking team player to work in a busy and diverse repairs section of a Housing Authority. The successful candidate will be required to assist and deputise for the Responsive & Voids Maintenance Manager with the management, co-ordination, control, and organisation of an efficient, effective, and economic Section.

You will ensure that priority systems and planning processes are developed, implemented, and embedded including an appropriate allocation and appointment system for the inspection and completion of works.
