£11p/h PAYE (Equates to £22,800 per annum)
Must have previous Customer Service experience
Job Duties:
- Calling Sub Contractors to request updates on works
- Email Sub Contractors to request updates on works
- Update our Planet system with standard text to advise work has been chased
- Manage inbox of sub contractor updates
- Update information on our Planet system of sub contractor updates
- Link documentation to our Planet system via Sharepoint
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
