Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Data Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of a centralized BIM data repository.
  • Version Control: Implement and manage version control procedures for BIM models and associated documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of BIM data with project standards and specifications.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM workflows.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on BIM-related processes and tools.
  • Standards Adherence: Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols for BIM documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of BIM activities, changes, and communications.

    • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a BIM Document Controller with a focus on BIM in the construction industry.
    • Familiarity with BIM software and workflows.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
