£80,000 - £90,000 Basic + Bonus + Long Term Stability + Interesting Projects

This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful team that tenders up to £120m a year, in a long-term and stable role.


This company has been around for over 50 years. They have a strong book of business and focus on New-Build and Refurbishment within Healthcare and Education. Long term, you'll benefit from a successful environment, contributing to company success and working on a wide range of projects.


Your role as an Estimator will include:
* Working on up to 4 projects at a time
* Pricing and tendering work between £500k and £6m
* Office based in Surbiton


The successful Estimator will need:
* Estimating experience in Refurbishment or New Build
* HND / HNC in Construction or equivalent experience
* Commutable to Surbiton
* Full UK working rights
