Dove and Hawk are delighted to be working with this High End independent Estate Agents in Harrow They are looking for a property manager to become one of their Team in their Harrow Office.

Duties -

  • The Property Manager will handle property portfolio of 130 AST Properties
  • Supervise property maintenance, and ensure deadlines are met. They will also monitor lease agreements
  • Manage rent collections
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure that issues are resolved swiftly.
  • The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under their care are in excellent condition

Salary is £30,000 - £35,000
Working Hours Monday to Friday - Monday,Tuesday,Thursday 9.15am - 6pm and Wednesday,Friday 9.15 - 5.30pm
