Dove & Hawk are proud to be working with a multi-branch agency based in SW London! They are looking for a new Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Barnes, who is looking to quickly progress you into a management position.


This role is perfect for someone who has experience in valuations, hungry for new business and is able to hit the ground running.



Duties

  • Confidently register applicants, arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings.
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospect buyers
  • Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect vendors up-to-date valuations.
  • Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.



Requirements

  • The ability to bring on new clients.
  • Experienced in valuations
  • Full UK driving license
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a growing team



Benefits

  • Car allowance / pool car



Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £22,000-£28,000, OTE £45,000+
