PA to Sales and Marketing Director - Enfield (Hybrid) - £35,000 to £40,000 plus discretionary bonus

My client, a well-established new homes development firm based in Enfield, are seeking a motivated PA to join their sales and marketing team.

From small collections of homes in village locations to large developments of apartments, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic sales and marketing team in a highly stimulating and rewarding environment.

Duties:

  • Diary and email inbox management for the Main Board Sales Director and other members of the sales team
  • Creating sales reports on Excel, quality checking reports and external correspondence for accuracy
  • Management of electronic and paper filing systems for Sales and Marketing team
  • Attend and scheduling meetings, setting agendas and distributing information
  • Providing administration cover for holidays
  • Liaising with the other departments on behalf of the Main Board Sales Director
  • Work alongside the Sales and Marketing function and wider PA team.
  • Organisation of corporate hospitality and events



Experience Required:

  • PA or Office Management experience within property is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and confident
  • Advanced level of Excel, as the role will involve creating reports from scratch
  • Demonstrates strong organisation ability
  • Able to communicate effectively, prioritising face to face or over the phone, to emails
  • Advanced level of Word and PowerPoint
  • Accuracy in report writing and formatting skills
  • Confidential, diplomatic and discreet
  • Proactive, forward thinker
  • Work efficiently in a high-pressured environment



Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, 2 days work from home and a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, however flexibility required depending on the Director's diary
Benefits: 25 days holiday (including 3 days shutdown over Christmas) plus 8 bank holidays, private medical cover, pension scheme
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus
