JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tenant Liaison Officer required for a large and established property maintenance business to work on a refurb project in Rochdale. Our client is looking for an experienced Liaison Officer to join their team initially on part time temporary basis. This will be working Monday - Wednesday 8am - 4pm and will last until at least March. You would be reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager/Site Manager.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Working on refurb scheme in Rochdale

  • Liaising with residents , Scheme Manager and client
  • Completing social value events
  • Collating customer satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor and resolve resident's complaints.
  • Work closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure a proper communication bridge

Requirements for the role

  • Customer facing role experience
  • Driving license
  • Looking for long term/career role
