Key Responsibilities:

  • Precise Estimation: Leverage your expertise to provide accurate cost estimates for diverse projects within the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Project Variety: Be at the forefront of estimating for a range of projects, from educational institutions to residential and commercial structures, bringing diversity and challenge to your role.
  • Deadline Adherence: Manage the estimation process efficiently to meet the 8-week project/tender timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with an assistant estimator and bid manager to enhance teamwork, streamline processes, and deliver successful bids.
  • Reporting Structure: Directly report to the Pre-construction Manager, providing regular updates on estimation progress and addressing challenges proactively.

    • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, with a preference for candidates who have previously worked with tier one or tier two contractors.
    • Comprehensive understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
