Dove & Hawk are working with a well-establish agency located in the heart of London. They are hunting for a new Letting Negotiator to join their Bloomsbury team!
Responsibilities:
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and prospect tenants.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
- Achieving monthly and yearly targets
Requirements:
- Prefereably a University degree
- An enthusistic and switched on individual, who can listen to clear instructions.
- Someone with character and life experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- A passion for property.
- Well-presented
- An eagerness to learn and develop skills
Basic: £24,000-£26,000 basic, £50,000-£75,000 OTE
Hours: 8:45-5:30 Mon-Fri / Every other Saturday
