My client, a family-run independant agency that covers the South West London property market, is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established office.
Person Profile:
- Register applicants who have enquired from websites.
- Show Properties to potential tenants/buyers.
- Promote services of the company and use all endeavours to create lettings and property sales.
- Ensure that all office systems are kept correctly and up to date, including records, files, personal and office diaries, viewing records, property details, applicant information, and computer systems and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in residential Sales
- Driving License Required
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 basic, £40,000 OTE + Car Allowance OR Pool Car
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8.45 am-6.30 pm, Friday 8.45 am-6.00 pm - Every Other Sat, 9.30 am-3.30 pm - day off in the week for every Saturday worked.
