Customer Relations Advisor Job in Hull, East Yorkshire

Customer Relations Advisor job working for an established housebuilder who predominately operate in the North of England. Our client is now looking to speak to candidates who have experience within new-build property and customer care. For this role they are looking to offer a salary of up to £27,500 + 26 days holiday.

Our client build high quality developments across the North of England and do operate throughout 10 offices. They are now looking for a Customer Relations Advisor for their busy East Yorkshire office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrably support the continuous drive to deliver 5* customer service by championing the customer journey
  • Actively support the regional departments and wider business to meet, if not better, customer expectations
  • Be proactive and provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Administer and act accordingly towards all complaints in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure all customers are satisfied coinciding with the New Homes Quality Consumer Code at all times
  • Answer inbound customer calls.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience within customer care Is essential
  • New-Build property experience is an advantage
  • Strong collaborative and team working skills
  • Full UK Driving License.
