Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Stratford.
Salary: Basic £15,000-£20,000, OTE £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-19:00 / 1 in 3 Saturdays
If you are a hungry and proactive indivicual who is looking for new challenge and can hit the ground the running, then this role is for you.
Duties
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and prospect tenants.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
- The ability to work well as part of a growing team.
- Travel around London to visit different properites and developments.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Have a passion for property.
- A well-presented individual
- An eagerness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients and prospect tenants.
- A UK driver's license
