Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading construction company in the Central London area that are looking for a brand new Operations Coordinator to join their team.

My client are one of the UK's leading design and build experts. Located in Central London, they specialise in workplace design, fit-out, refurbishment projects.

You will be responsible for supporting 2 Managing Directors and the Operations Director, coordinating project's processes and providing administration support to the wider Project Teams.

The Role:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for Sales, Pre-Contracts, Design and the wider teams.
  • Working with the Graphic Design team to prepare pitch presentation documents for Client pitches.
  • Prepare Contract Documents, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Credentials Documents
  • Diary management including room booking, catering, and arranging team events.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 2+ years in a similar role within the construction industry is absolutely essential.
  • Strong admin skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Be able to work off of your own initiative with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be computer literate
