My client is currently looking to recruit a trainee site setting out engineer, for a permanent opportunity.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience - starting salary is £30 - £35k
Ideal candidate will have completed a relevant degree / qualification in civil engineering, and will have some prior site engineering experience.
The projects you will be working on are a mixture of commercial, housing and infrastructure works therefore providing you with all around training as a site engineer.
You will be working alongside, learning and assisting experienced staff who will encourage and support you as you progress through your career.
Some key responsibilities include...
- Setting Out
- Surveying
- QC
- Liaising with senior management
- Liaising with principal and sub contractors
- Good knowledge of IT based skills - auto cad, excel & outlook.

- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant construction subject
- Previous experience working on site as a graduate or trainee site engineer within the construction industry
