We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading providers of Social Housing in their search for a Scheduling Manager to be based from their Customer Service Centre in Hull.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a team (generally between 8 - 12 ) of Schedulers / Work Planners, who are focused on delivering an effective service to customers in line with organisational standards and timescales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Repairs activities are coordinated via Direct Maintenance Teams and Appointed Subcontractors
  • Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Training, Managing, Coaching and Recruitment of personnel
  • Contributing to system efficiencies and process improvements
  • Preparation of reports to Senior Management

Key experience:

  • Demonstrable experience leading a Team delivering first class customer service experience
  • Experience of working within a logistically challenging environment
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Working to and monitoring Key Performance Indicators
