We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team at our Head Office in York. As a Sales Support Coordinator you will respond to opportunities from existing and potential customers, providing a high level of service to ensure the Sales (E & W) order potential is maximised. Role Details * Salary: from £23,000pa to £24,000pa depends on experience * Role based: Portakabin Ltd., New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT * Contract type: Permanent * Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays Role Responsibilities * Qualify, process and follow up opportunities from potential customers. * Carry out proactive business development campaigns completing telesales calls and phone follow-up in liaison with Area Managers and negotiate sales orders. * Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the field sales force and to support them in maximising their order potential. * Record the progress of each sales opportunity on CRM. * Ensure high levels of customer service at all times. Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: * GCSE or Equivalent Levels of education * Previous experience in an administrative role * Previous experience in a Sales, Customer Service or Telesales environment * Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under time pressure * Experience of using CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable but not essential Even if you do not match all of our `ideal' criteria we would still be very keen to receive your CV as we love developing our people and may feel that you could be developed into this role.
