A dedicated Mobile Cleaner is urgently required for a permanent position, covering Chesterfield and Nottingham. The role involves cleaning new build houses to ensure they are ready for viewing and handover. As these are live construction sites, a CSCS card is essential.
Responsibilities of the Mobile Cleaner:
- Cleaning new build houses to prepare them for viewing and handover
- Adherence to safety regulations on live construction sites
- Working 10 hours a day to meet project requirements
- Conducting house audits using a provided system on a mobile device
Requirements for the Mobile Cleaner:
- CSCS card is mandatory
- Own transport is essential
- Immediate availability for an immediate start
- Ability to work 10 hours a day
