My client is currently looking for 2 Ground Maintenance Operatives to join there team on a leading property services company based in North Tyneside.
The role is carrying out a range of service tasks, including landscape maintenance, flora and fauna, tress, shrubs and lawns. Also providing basic multiskilled repairs. Managing all tools and equipment needed for grounds, landscaping and building works. All tasks provided will be assigned using a hand-held device (training provided).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and competent in the safe use of pesticides with PA01 & PA06 training. Also with experience ideally in the Construction and Facilities Management industry with relevant qualifications including a CSCS Card and valid full UK driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months.
You will be looking after 26 sites around an approx 10 mile radius of North Tyneside. Will be working both individually or a team of 2 depending on job. This is an all year round role and duties will vary depending on season (eg, Grass cutting in summer & Winter maintenance - Cleaning gutters etc)
Role & Benefits:
- £26k+ per annum with bonus schemes
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-4:30pm

Requirements:
- Previous experience
- Pesticide Certification
- Industry Knowldge
- Blue CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License held for more then 12 months
- 2 References for work in a similair role
- Right to work documents
