Dove and Hawk are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent Estate Agency and Surveyors Company, who are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their team in their Chiswick office.

Duties -

  • Advising and guiding landlords on the management of their properties
  • Dealing with day to day maintenance issues
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed in a timely manner
  • Progressing quotes and checking/submitting invoices to ensure payment is on time
  • Ensuring properties comply with Health & Safety legislation and that statutory obligations are met, e.g. gas safety, electrical safety etc
  • Negotiation of end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with TDS disputes
  • Progressing agreement renewals.

Salary is £30,000
Working Hours is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
1 Years Experience
Driving Licence Essential
