Join an established and growing fit-out contractor who also manufactures on site. As Estimator you'll receive training to become an expert in your role. Build relationships and generate new enquiries whilst being an integral part of this company's plans to grow. Long term you'll have access to expand your knowledge, gain additional qualifications and be responsible for developing a team below you.
This SME Fit Out contractor are now looking to expand and take on an estimator or carpenter who wants to move off the tools. You'll be an integral part of driving the company plans for expansion. Work with prestigious clients across the country, travelling to sites, meeting with clients and being involved beyond the tender submission. Long term you'll be encouraged to develop your career and showcase your leadership skills sharing knowledge onto trainees into the team.
Your role as estimator will include:
*Carry out site visits with clients and senior management
*Handle incoming enquiries for projects, ensuring tenders submitted are accurate for time scales to be achieved, take of materials, produce bill of quantities
*Leigh is having to do more pricing and tendering than he has time for so its really impacting and will have an impact on their growth plans
As Estimator you will have:
*Previous experience as an Estimator with a strong background in joinery, carpentry or bench joinery/manufacturing
*Proven experience and knowledge of joinery
*Driving licence and access to own vehicle
