Dove and Hawk are working alongside this massive corporate company. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team in Wimbledon. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a great career.
Duties -
- Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branches
- Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
- Supervise tenants maintenance requests
- Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
- Visit properties at least twice a year
- Oversee refurbishment and other larger works
- Negotiate the swift return of deposits
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractor
Salary is £35,000
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday is 9am - 5pm
