A superb opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a boutique PQS firm in North London to work on luxury retail, residential and commercial projects.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working on projects ranging in value from £400K up to £10m working in a dynamic team of 12 staff and will travel (mainly within central London) to sites, clients and other team members' offices.

Collaborating with designers and other team members, your role will primarily be providing estimates and preparing procurement documentation on new retail-based schemes for blue chip clients. In the post contract role you will be involved in team meetings and the financial administration during and after the build phase.

  • You will require a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.

  • Experience in preparing accurate documentation is essential, however, the role will be fully supervised, and direction will be given.

  • Support and assistance will be provided to complete your APC pathway to achieve chartered status with the RICS.
