Location: Nationwide

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client who provide a full range of Engineering, Due Diligence, Building surveying, Quantity surveying, Project management and Advisory services to a range of public and private sector clients, are seeking to recruit a Building/Property Surveyor to be based at their Cork office or Dublin office.

We are currently seek a qualified Building/Property Assessor/Surveyor, who will be work in conjunction, with their associated team leader. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of project's.

Requirements:

  • You should have solid experience in residential and commercial construction and possess a broad working knowledge of the Building, Fire and Housing Regulations to include but not be limited to design,

workmanship, specifications, and materials.

  • Minimum of 5 years'
  • An in-depth knowledge of Fire
  • An understanding of the planning development
  • Level 7/8 Degree and above, preferably
  • Must possess excellent administration, communication, time management
  • Strong analytical, decision making & problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal and team working
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD but not a necessity, MS Word, MS Excel, MS
  • Ability to develop, direct and manage workflow processes and
  • The ideal person will be a member of a Professional Body and will have a flexible approach to
