Dove & Hawk are working alongside a FTSE 100 developer who are on the hunt for an International Sales Consultant, working to drive sales across the Middle Eastern, African and Turkish markets for 10 live developments in the Capital. You will be working closely with the international business development managers within the MENA team.

Working closely with the Head of International Sales and Senior International Sales Manager you'll continue to maintain and develop existing working relationships with our overseas MENA office and third-party selling agents. Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing events across our MENA network, to deliver both direct and agent led sales.

Some of the key responsibilities that you would have in this role include:

  • Maintain sales targets and maximise values on our 10 live developments in accordance with the business forecast and budget and exceed where possible.
  • Deliver world class customer service measured through the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70+, with a target to strive for of 80+.
  • To ensure compliance with sales department processes, procedures and reporting.
  • Achieve and exceed profitable sales targets by excelling in selling skills, demonstrating high levels of essential knowledge to perform in the role, delivering exceptional service and behavior to all customers.
  • Manage the sales office and all surrounding areas, show/view homes and all facilities for customers to the highest standard.
  • Create and maintain rewarding relationships with all customers and 3rd party agents; face to face, on the phone, by email.
  • Represent the brand to the highest professional standards of business at all times by setting and upholding the highest standards of presentation in all a customer sees, hears and feels
  • Working 5 out of 7 days (Weekends and bank holidays included).
  • Work closely with the Head of International Sales to help develop and implement the International sales strategy for the MENA market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients internationally. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes, and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
  • Agent briefings.
  • Business development and networking to establish agency agreements with new agents whilst ensuring our overseas offices are kept in the loop.
  • When required attend planned overseas events and ensure they are a success inline with our business targets.
  • Continue a close working relationship with our teams in our overseas offices to ensure we are providing the required support and vice versa in order to fulfill our sales targets which are a key part of the wider group.
  • Continue to enhance our ongoing relationships with our key agents to maximise business opportunities.
  • Assist with reviewing and processing Money Laundering Information.
  • Work with the international and marketing teams to establish routes to market which will increase direct international leads to our on-site marketing suites.


Some requirements include:

  • Arabic, or Turkish, speaking.
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing sales role, property background required
  • A clear understanding of real estate or luxury markets
  • Experience of similar residential schemes is preferred
  • IT literate with using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel
  • Comfortable with conducting and creating overseas updates and briefings and being in front of the camera where necessary
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Passionate about real estate, highly-motivated and adaptable
  • Strong work ethics and a great team player
  • Willing to work on weekends for supporting exhibitions.


The ideal candidate for this role should be an Arabic or Turkish speaker, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and experience in the property sales industry. Additionally, they should be highly motivated, results driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
