Dove & Hawk are working with an independent estate agency, based in Dulwich, who are looking for Lettings Manager / Valuer, to join their team.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record of winning instructions, dynamic, organised, good people skills, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry, as well as having an entrepreneurial flair.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Winning new business and maintaining existing business opportunities.
  • Develop their own business processes.
  • To have in-depth knowledge on the current market, in order to provide up-to-date valuations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with current Landlords, as well as prospect Landlords.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
  • The ability to build and motivate the team in order to achieve and exceed targets.



Required:

  • At least 4 years experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge on business processes.
  • Proven history of producing results.
  • At least 4 years' experience in London Lettings, preferably in SE/SW London.
  • A full, and valid, UK driving license.
  • Strong valuation skills, with a high valuation to instruction ratio.
  • The ability to drive a business forward.



Benefits:

  • 40 hour work weeks
  • Saturdays by appointment only
  • Flexible working hours


Salary Budgets:

  • £30k Basic / £45-£55k OTE (1st year).
  • 1st year - % of instructed stock
  • 2nd year - % of office turnover



Working Hours: Between 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri (40hr weeks) / Saturdays by appointment only.
