Operations Manager - Golders Green - £50,000 to £65,000

My client, a corporate commercial property firm with a strong base of household names within the industry, are seeking an Operations Manager to join their forward thinking team.

Fantastic opportunity if you have a solid background in property within an operations role to work alongside two directors, ensure the smooth running of the business and make a significant impact to the team.

Duties:

  • Day to day management of the operational functions of the office, ensuring policies and procedures are in place at all times and implementing new ideas
  • Managing relationships with suppliers (HR, IT, Marketing, Maintenance)
  • Support the directors with diary / meeting management, attending meetings and distributing information
  • People management: oversee the team's KPIs, creating reports, assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals and propose new culture activities
  • Managing client relationships, source new opportunities where possible
  • Finance administration: assist with invoice reconciliations, credit control and analysis
  • Ensuring CRM and HR systems are up to date


Experience Required:

  • At least five years' experience in property as an operations manager, office manager or PA / EA
  • Entrepreneurial with strong leadership skills
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and XERO is desirable but not essential


Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum

Benefits: bonus scheme, 20 days holiday plus eight bank holidays plus 12 days per year for religious holidays, work laptop and phone provided
