- Achieve order numbers are determined by the KPI's for Interiors business.
- Foster and develop strong client relationships to ensure a quality service.
- Produce accurate, estimated quotations to often tight deadlines to meet customers' requirements involving discussions with Hire Centres, Clients, and other Building Services teams as necessary. Budget prices or offline quotations to be produced along with a full pricing schedule.
- Liaise with sub-contractor to finalise designs and solutions and to keep up to date with the latest products, regulations and technology
- Communicate with Building Services and contractors to ensure project specific co-ordinated drawings are produced.
- Follow up on live opportunities with Hire Centres where relevant building service products are not included on the quotation to understand the client's project and recommend potential relevant building service solutions that can be added.
- Direct influence on projected margin of opportunities, providing comprehensive advice to Hire Centres over costing implications and be involved with pricing decisions on quotations to maximise profit.

- Experience gained in a design/technical role and established Auto CAD and Revit experience.
- Awareness of Health Technical Memoranda and Health Building Notes healthcare standards
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Building Regulations
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above
- Design or Technical Qualification at NVQ level 3 or above
- Full UK driving licence.
