Job Title: Multi Tradesman - Property Services

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Temp to perm work Monday- Friday. 40 hours paid.

Looking for a Multi-tradesman to work within a leading property services provider, dedicated to enhancing the quality of living in council homes across Birmingham. Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Tradesman to join our team in Birmingham. As a Multi Tradesman, you will play a pivotal role in our property services sector, focusing on repairs and maintenance work within council homes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where your skills and expertise will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance work in council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform a wide range of multi-trade tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
  • Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman in the property services sector.
  • CSCS, NVQ, willing to do DBS check. Own tools, Transport and full ppe.
  • A strong background in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Van and fuel card will be provided within this role. Minimum 6 points and a valid UK drivers' licence.
