Salary: £36,500 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Carpenter to join a successful social housing repairs and maintenance team in South East London on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks including fitting kitchens, worktops, hanging doors, skirting boards, etc.
- Using a PDA device to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.
- Plumbing and patch plaster repairs
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points or a driving ban within the last 3 years)
- City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery
- Basic Criminal Record Check
