Clerk of Works Job in Central London
Clerk of Works job working for an established multi-disciplinary practice in Central London. Our client are looking for professionals who have experience with net-zero residential projects and who have also previously conducted condition surveys. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £50,000.
In the built environment for over 50 years, our client boast a range of services that include Building Surveying, Architecture, Project Management and Quantity Surveying. They are now looking to add an experienced Clerk of Works to their HQ in London, which will be on a hybrid working pattern of up to 3 days in the office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure site Health and Safety plans are being adhered to
- Check works in line with UK Building Regulations
- Advise on materials, construction details and samples as necessary
- Write detailed site reports and recommendations
- Complete condition surveys as and when required
- Offering, when necessary, practical, and expert advice to on-site personnel
- Act in a professional manner at all times, adhering by company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- ICWCI/LICWCI/MICWCI is preferred
- Experience as a Clerk of Works/Site or Quality Inspector
- Residential & commercial project experience
- Full UK Driving License.
