Group Office Administrator - Highgate - £28,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience
My client a highly successful multibranch Estate Agency, are currently seeking an experienced Group Office Administrator to join their head office in Highgate.
You will be reporting to the CEO, COO and CFO, assisting with the central administration and compliance, managing office contracts and leases and supporting the HR function across the business.

The ideal candidate will have previous HR Administration/Office Management experience, they will be organised and able to work under pressure. Any training will be given where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance agreements; photocopiers, air conditioning, printers, franking machines,
- Handle general agreements such as cleaning, hygiene, recycling, waste and refuse collection, utilities, branded goods and general stationery, postage, couriers, archive and storage, streamline
- Monitoring and controlling advertising
- Office repairs and refurbishments
- Manage office leases and car parking
- Authorise invoices received for any of the agreements or office contracts listed above
- Assist with Group Compliance
- Support for the HR/Personnel function with starter procedures and inductions
- Support with leaver procedures
- Coordinate and record staff holidays and absences
- Assist with rolling out Regulatory and Corporate policies
- Assist with Health & Safety and office security including security alarms and office keys, fire alarms, arrange Fire Warden and First Aid training, arrange electrical safety certificates for all offices and arrange office maintenance for all offices
- Ensure Data Protection
- Handle motor insurance
- Open, scan and circulate post received
- Manage annual arching and document management
- Handle stationery and supplies
- Ad hoc duties requested by the CEO/COO/CFO
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven HR Administration/Office Management experience is essential
- Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
- Approachable with a can-do attitude and good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Well presented, professional and friendly
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
