Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, independent agency based in SE London looking for a senior sales negotiator to join their team.
Duties:
- Conducting property viewings and valuations.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Managing property listings and ensuring accurate information is maintained.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property prices.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Utilizing computer systems and software effectively for property management and communication purposes.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Salary: £25,000 basic salary plus 5% commission (OTE) £55,000-£65,000.
Additional Benefits: Car Allowance of £400 per month.
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm
- Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm with 3 days off per month
