Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum
We are currently looking for Plumbers to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Slough.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard, providing a professional plumbing service, to include guttering, and completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
- Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within residents properties utilising first and second fix and maintenance
- Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis
- Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
