Architectural Technologist Job in Northampton, East Midlands

Architectural Technologist Job in Northampton, East Midlands joining an Architecture and Interior Design practice working on contract values from £500,000 to £200 million with both public and private clients.

Supported by the partners and senior leadership team you will have the opportunity to run your own projects to completion. Their portfolio spans logistics, education, leisure, office, R&D, community, and Interiors please note they will consider technologists of all levels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirements
  • Liaise with clients to assess their needs
  • Secure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
  • Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
  • Make visits to project sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years post qualification and must hold relevant degree
  • MCIAT accreditation or are working toward it, ACIAT is also accepted
  • Must be proficient in Revit
  • Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Have a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
  • Experience in Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical skills.
