They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Residential New Homes Sales Negotiator to play a pivotal role in driving success within their new homes division.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential new homes available for sale.
  • Proactively identify and secure new listings within the local area.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively showcase new home developments to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate terms with developers and buyers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, overseeing the progression of sales transactions from start to finish.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure operational efficiency and deliver outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential new homes sales negotiation is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Eagerness to continuously expand knowledge and skills within the real estate industry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all transactions.


Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 Basic, £40K+ OTE
Commission Structure: 8-10% up to £80K / 15% above £80K+
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00, with Saturday availability by appointment only.
