Exciting opportunity to work for an energy efficiency and facilities services company as a HVAC Project Manager. Dedicated to assisting commercial, industrial, institutional, and government organizations in operating and maintaining their buildings safely, healthily, and efficiently. With offices throughout the Carolinas, they provide their clients with local, accredited, and licensed professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in HVAC project management.
- Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office suite.
- Solid understanding of building construction trades.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
- Familiarity with conducting project meetings and collaborating with subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours and on weekends as needed.
- Self-motivation and multitasking ability.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs for loading, unloading, and storing materials and equipment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize HVAC projects according to specifications and schedules, ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Manage field staff and subcontractors, and mitigate project risks until completion.
- Set goals and objectives for the team, managing performance accordingly.
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with occasional extended hours as required.
